Refresh Renovations builds franchise network as three new franchisees jump on board!

Refresh Renovations, franchise leaders in the residential building and renovations industry will welcome three new franchisees to the brand in the upcoming months.

The new additions will be welcomed to the Refresh Renovations franchise family by Mark Zilm, General Manager and Director of Refresh Renovations Australia, Victoria Head, Operations Manager at Refresh Renovations Australia and their franchising partners DC Strategy.

Jason & Michelle Zielinski have recently signed up to Refresh for a new franchise in Western Australia and they will cover the areas of the Inner City of Perth, as well as North East & North West of the capital.

After studying Construction Management and Economics, Jason ran his own financial advising business for 10 years. Michelle has a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in accounting and marketing and has 15 years’ experience in the financial services industry.

Together, they make a great addition to the Refresh Renovations franchise family and have a keen eye for home improvements and design styles, having renovated their own home. They have a young child and are passionate about partnering with homeowners to deliver the renovation project of their dreams.

Scott & Narelle recently signed up to a new Refresh Renovations franchise in Sydney, covering popular suburbs such as Ryde, Parramatta, Baulkham Hills and Blacktown.

Scott has worked in the IT industry for 30 years, for a number of different global financial services organisations, but is not afraid of working on the tools and is excited to take on the business and project manager role.

Narelle has a 20-year career in the IT industry spanning service delivery, account management and sales leadership as an executive. Together, Scott and Narelle have enjoyed renovating their own residences for profit in recent years, which has seen them move 4 times in the past 6 years! They are excited to work with customers to design and build their projects on time and on budget.  

The third franchisee, Andre, is set to open soon in West & North West Melbourne. This new franchise grant is part of a recent boost since partnering with franchise specialists, DC Strategy, to find and recruit franchisees. The Refresh team have invested a lot of their time and resources to finding quality franchisees and their recent growth shows that they’re on the right track.
