Lenard’s holds a 25 year heritage in Toowoomba
For the love of Lenard’s
Toowoomba boasts local loyalty for Lenard’s and its heritage
With a name like Lenard ‘Poulter’ it was inevitable that Lenard would one day open a poultry business! Combining his skills of art and butchering, with his love for food, he developed the unique concept of value-adding to chicken. In 1987 Lenard’s was born.
Lenard’s holds a 25-year strong heritage in the suburb Toowoomba, Queensland with a great deal of locals displaying loyalty and love for the brand and its product offerings.
Toowoomba has a country charm with a growing urban scene, and is the second-most-populous inland city in the country after the national capital of Canberra. It has a population of over 170,000 people and continues to grow.
Queensland is forecasted to continue to experience the largest increase in interstate migration especially due to it being a state that has avoided extended lockdowns.
Sydney and Melbourne are forecasted to record a net outflow of over 30,000 people each for 2021-2022, and some of these people will be moving to Queensland.
More young people are leaving these states and moving to Queensland as the “Millennial Migration” is thought to rise. Brisbane, in particular, is expected to grow as an ever-evolving global-city position that remains to attract interstate interest and will soon attract international investment.
Lenard’s plans to grow their business in all markets including new-age retail, and are ready for the next 100 years.
Partnering with DC Strategy, Lenard’s continues to find franchisees who are keen to not only own their own business but to join a long-standing, passionate family business with years of success to follow.
