Rosa Mexicano takes its food across Australia.

Two Months, two states and three new franchisees.

In the past months, the popular authentic Mexican eatery team has been working towards expanding the business interstate.

This work has paid off for the vibrant brand, catching the eye of franchisees in not one state but two. Progress has been made, securing a site and partner in South Australia and Queensland. A landmark occasion for Rosa Mexicano to spread its network from humble roots in victoria to a total of 3 states.

The location in Burwood also made an exciting change moving away from the founders running the restaurant to a new franchisee coming on board to take control of the location.

This move will mark the first of many potential locations to open up in these states with wide demand for quality Mexican food and flavoursome options for the whole family. Additional sites are already being acquired in Queensland as the market continues to grow.

Experience with site locations has been a great attribute of the founders of Rosa Mexicano. Having experience with popular food chains Amigos, Hecho en Mexico and now Rosa Mexicano. Rosa currently has 5 locations in Victoria, ranging from cosy ambience venues and shopping centres to a bustling iconic laneway situated in the heart of

Melbourne’s popular eatery precincts.

As with all the brand's locations, these new sites were carefully selected, considering the high-foot traffic areas, establishment size, competition and proximity to their target audience.

What's left for the brand in this wave of expansion is to find suitable franchise partners for some of the opportunities in Queensland. To partner with Rosa Mexicano, individuals need a good attitude and passion for delivering quality food to customers.
