Together they bring 25 years’ experience operating a successful Mexican restaurant to the table. The interiors of the restaurants are beautifully designed boasting vibrant features that represent the colour “pink” and promoting the locations to be “our happy place” for all staff and customers to enjoy. The Rosa Mexicano experience is all about having fun and creating happy memories.

Rosa Mexicano offers dine-in, catering, and their locations are available for functions where customers can expect to have the most fun while indulging in smoked, stuffed jalapenos, tacos, paella and for the sweet tooth - hot, housemade churros. YUM!

The brand holds a liquor licence and is well known for its exciting variety of martini cocktails, with the all-time favourite being the “Cotton candy martini” and their very own “ Rosa Colada”.

The popular hospitality chain has secured a location on the iconic Melbourne laneway, Degraves Street. The restaurant doors opened on the 8th June, 2022, just in time to toast the success of the city coming back to life and the return of office workers and tourists.

The opening saw some of Melbourne's known foodies influencers as well as familiar faces from trending reality TV shows.

Situated in the heart of Melbourne, Degraves is Home to cafes and boutiques providing a link between Melbourne’s fashion precinct and the famous Flinders station.
