Queensland Business Development Manager Phil Colburn was acknowledged with the National Field Manager of the Year Award for his dedication to the group during 2020, providing infinite assistance, guidance and training to franchise partners and fellow team members. After a 30-year career in franchising, Mr Colburn joined Poolwerx in 2016, where he is accountable for the growth of the Brisbane South, Northern Territory and New Zealand regions.
